We cannot believe we finally found a home that we love!

When we moved from San Diego last year, we were disappointed that we had to leave such a wonderful neighborhood. We thought for sure we could never match our last home.

We are happy that we were introduced to Ranch Realty! Our agent, Trica, helped a friend of ours buy a home in a new community called Ladera Ranch about 3 years ago. When we were referred to her, Trica thought that Ladera would be perfect for us and it is!

So, a little about our home! It is about 3000 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Why four bedrooms? Well... Anne is pregnant! We are expecting our first son in 6 months! We needed the extra space. The home is beautiful. I (James) love the backyard with the built in BBQ. Anne loves the kitchen island and the huge master bathroom and tub. Jenny likes the fact that there are about 3 public pools within walking distance.
