Rob Odishoo
President / CEO (Co-Founder)
Rob Odishoo is the co-founder of AnnounceMyMove, and is the “ideas” man behind the Company. Mr. Odishoo’s leadership and operational skills have steered AnnounceMyMove through one of the most difficult real estate markets in history while many other start-ups have failed. Over the past year, the Company has more than doubled in size, increased revenues on a monthly basis, and signed dozens of contracts for service. The small start-up has received national attention as a marketing leader, and has emerged as an industry pioneer in providing “social media” marketing tools.
The marketing techniques used by AnnounceMyMove were developed throughout Mr. Odishoo’s career in the real estate and financial markets. Prior to starting AnnounceMyMove, he held several management positions, most recently with Conseco Mortgage Services, a division of Conseco (a Fortune 50 company). He was hired to build their newest call center in California. As a manager of their Long Beach center, Mr. Odishoo helped create the most profitable office in Conseco history in just two years. In 1999, 2000 and 2001 the branch was ranked the #1 Area Operation Nationwide for Loan Volume, Point Income, Profit, Average Volume, and Fee Income per Loan Officer. In 1998, his call center was awarded the Conseco Finance Fast Start Operation of the Year.
Due to his success in Long Beach, Mr. Odishoo was promoted to Area Manager of the San Diego region, becoming one of the youngest Area Managers for the company. In 2001, Conseco inevitably ran into financial problems, and Mr. Odishoo left the company to start his own mortgage and real estate firm with his wife, Janelle. He obtained his Real Estate license in November 2000. Under Mr. Odishoo’s leadership and experience in the mortgage industry, he and his wife were top producing loan agents and sales people with Windsor Capital Mortgage and Pacific Real Estate Network.

Janelle Odishoo
Vice President of Marketing and Business Development (Co-Founder)
Janelle Odishoo is responsible for the development and implementation of the strategic marketing plan. She looks for partnerships, affiliations and key opportunities within the real estate and other emerging markets. Over the past two years of operation, Ms. Odishoo has produced several key relationships, most recently with three large MLS boards in the State of Florida. She successfully negotiated four private label contracts with Prudential Georgia, NewHomeGuide.com, Parent Relocation Council (PRC) and Zip Realty. She was responsible for obtaining a preferred vendor status with several national real estate companies. Most impressively, Janelle was able to partner AMM with the California Association of REALTORS®, the largest state association in the country. She also spearheaded the effort to become a “Member Benefit” partner with the Georgia and Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®.
While still in college, Ms. Odishoo passed her California real estate salesperson’s license exam. She proceeded to graduate a semester early from the nationally acclaimed Davis School and began her career in health care administration. At the age of 22, she was a Nursing Home Administrator with HCR ManorCare, a Fortune 100 company, and an industry leader in the nursing home industry. She was responsible for overall financial and operational management, including strategic planning and marketing, as well as the recruitment and management of over 100 employees.
In 1998, Ms. Odishoo decided to take her operational experience and to start her own business in the real estate industry. Both of her parents enjoyed long careers in real estate, totaling more than 60 years experience between them. After leaving ManorCare, she passed her Real Estate Brokers license and ventured into the mortgage industry with her husband, Rob. From 1999 until 2005, Ms. Odishoo worked as a mortgage broker with Windsor Capital Mortgage Corporation, ranked the third largest broker in the U.S. in 2006. She was a top producing mortgage broker and has been ranked in the top 20 Windsor agents on several occasions.
A California native, Ms. Odishoo graduated top of her class from the University of Southern California in 1993 and received a bachelor’s degree in gerontology from the nationally acclaimed Leonard Davis School of Gerontology. Rob Massey, Jr.
Board of Directors / Rentals Consultant
Founder of RentalHouses.com
Rob Massey, Jr., CPM has served as a local chapter president for NARPM, the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and the Apartment Association in his hometown of Louisville, KY. He has taught property management classes and managed nearly 1,000 apartments and houses before scaling back his property management company to pursue the national internet listing service he founded known as RentalHouses.com.
Since founding RentalHouses.com in 1999, Mr. Massey has been at the forefront of the explosive growth of online marketing and its opportunities for residential rental properties. He has been featured and/or quoted in the Louisville Courier-Journal Newspaper, Business First of Louisville, Professional Apartment Management Newsletter, Business Week, RisMedia’s Real Estate Magazine, and is a regular contributor to NARPM’s Residential Resource Magazine. Mr. Massey has also served on a panel at Inman’s Real Estate Connect in New York City.
He served as VP of Industry Development for Rentals.com for one year subsequent to the acquisition of RentalHouses.com by Consumer Source in January of 2007. Currently, he serves as a consultant for Rentals.com focusing his efforts on industry and association relations for the company.
In August 2008, Mr. Massey accepted a position on AnnounceMyMove’s Board of Directors. He is a long-time friend of the Company. While working with Rentals, Mr. Massey saw great potential within the rental houses vertical. In 2007, he introduced Janelle Odishoo to ApartmentGuide.com, a Consumer Source company. It was this introduction which sparked the creation and design of a rental product. Mr. Massey will consult with AnnounceMyMove on their product design and implementation. His many contacts in the industry have already provided opportunities once the product is ready for launch.
Mr. Massey is personally invested in AnnounceMyMove and is coordinating the fund raising activities.
Dennis Galloway
Member of the Board of Directors / Residential Real Estate Consultant
President of DRG Consulting Inc
Dennis Galloway’s reputation for innovative and visionary thinking and business development acumen is well known throughout the real estate, franchising, financial and home services industries.
His extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and ancillary services is gained from first-hand experience. He began his real estate career as sales associate, and then became broker owner of a multi-office company, which later became a Century 21 franchise. This was followed by positions as Regional Owner and International Director of Sales and Marketing for Realty World Inc. He then co founded and was Executive Vice President of Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliates and the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, where he also served on the Board of Directors. As co-founder of these two companies he was instrumental in building the nation-wide network of franchisees that have given both companies the national presence they enjoy today.
In addition to his real estate activities, Mr. Galloway has held positions of responsibility for national companies in the property services field, including President and CEO of Dial One, a network of franchised home services contractors and Senior Vice President, Director of Partnerships and Alliances for Improvenet, a networked affiliation of contractors providing home improvement services for consumers via the internet.
Mr. Galloway is President of DRG Consulting Inc. His company focuses on clients in the fields of real estate, finance, franchising and consumer services. He provides strategic planning, marketing, M&A and business development expertise for these companies, specializing in Internet and intranet strategies for e-commerce business solutions. He has consulted for such clients as Bank of America, Yahoo, William Raveis Real Estate and Home Services, Corus Realty, Access Relocation, Inc., RealtyBid, REO.com, Telesis Technologies, Focus360, Improvenet, USWeb, World Inspection Network, ERA Real Estate, Remerica Real Estate, Primedia, Granite Loan Management, Homes.com, Homes and Land Magazine, Adigida Solutions, Inc., Integra Realty Resources and IRR-Residential, LLC, Realty.com.
Mr. Galloway is a faculty member at William Howard Taft University instructing the Master of Business Administration Program, with a concentration in Entrepreneurship, Franchising and Small Business Management. Mr. Galloway was selected to serve a 5-year term on a Special Advisory Board by the Real Estate Commissioner of the state of California. He also served as state advisor to the American Security Council, a bi-partisan coalition member of the House of Representatives and United States Senate from 1980 to 1989. He has served as a volunteer for the Inter-City Games, Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, Habitat for the Humanities and is a decorated Vietnam veteran, recipient of the Purple Heart.
